It's time for The Burg's annual Blue Ribbon Pie Contest, but Dr. Zoop's automatic pie-making machine has gone haywire, sending pies flying through the air! Charlie and his blue dragon Buddy must catch the runaway pies while Josephine and her unicorn Pinky race to stop the out-of-control machine.
