The Bubble Trouble

When Dr. Zoop tries to ruin the Spring Festival with floating bubbles, his plan backfires and sends the townspeople soaring through the sky! Now Charlie and his blue dragon Buddy must use clever dragon breath to guide the bubbles, while Josephine and her unicorn Pinky work their rainbow magic to bring everyone safely back to earth.
